As part of our International Customer & Sales Support team, you will ensure a seamless order-to-delivery process for our customers, partners, and Sales teams. You will act as a central coordination point across multiple functions, helping to deliver the high level of service and reliability that defines the Vitra customer experience. In this role,



you will contribute to strong customer relationships while supporting the successful delivery of our products in an international environment.

What you can expect
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely fulfillment and high service quality
- Process customer orders for new products and spare parts in SAP
- Act as a central point of contact for the sales teams, international partners, and customers
- Monitor customer orders and shipment schedules
- Coordinate production and delivery dates with production planning and internal stakeholders
- Clarify technical product-related questions between customers and production teams
- Assess feasibility and calculate pricing for customized product requests, including customer fabric enquiries
- Organize transportation in collaboration with freight forwarding partners
- Prepare invoices as well as credit and debit notes and support complaint and return handling
