About You

In one of our supply chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

Job responsibilities include:




- Own the global procurement performance management framework: savings/value tracking, methodology, targets and reporting
- Consolidate and validate the general value-creation pipeline in partnership with regional and category teams and Finance
- Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs to steer procurement performance and support leadership decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of performance processes, tools and data quality across the function
- Assess performance through financial management, performance management and data-driven methodologies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including analysts, managers and Procurement leaders promoting a performance-driven and value-oriented culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience:
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance or performance management roles
- Strong analytical and data skills (reporting tools, savings method
