At Hays Executive, we are looking for an External Supply Operations Packaging Manager for a leading international pharmaceutical company, with the purpose of driving packaging strategy across the external network to deliver cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and sustainable value creation.
Implement packaging strategy (innovation, standardisation and optimisation) across external suppliers.
Enhance supplier performance (capacity, productivity, waste reduction).
Degree in Packaging, Engineering or similar.
~15+ years of experience in packaging within pharma, cosmetics or CMO environments.
~ Strong knowledge of packaging materials, specifications and testing.
~ Fluent English.
