what's blocking progress, and keeping leadership in the loop with honest, clear updates. You'll get deep into the payroll data to catch mapping issues and inconsistencies before clients see them, work with product and engineering teams to push through fixes, and coordinate across compliance and operations to actually resolve problems instead of just documenting them. About 30% of your time goes to special projects - spotting patterns in how migrations get stuck and using AI tools to automate solutions like status reporting, checklists, and issue tracking; identifying where we can automate data mapping and validation; and picking up whatever high-priority projects come up.

Ensure adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.Monitor operational performance metrics and escalate risks or gaps to leadership.Drive customer-focused process improvements to enhance turnaround times, resolution quality, and escalation handling.Execute operational projects and strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders.Experience with data mapping and reconciliation across systems.KPI-driven,
