As a People Support Specialist, you enable smooth international HR operations and payroll across European locations while driving AI-enhanced processes. You will partner with local teams and external providers to ensure compliance and a high-quality employee experience. Your work supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle and data integrity in our HRIS, with a focus on leveraging automation to reduce manual work.

This role offers the chance to shape scalable, AI-driven HR workflows at a global scale within a dynamic travel-tech company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Coordinate payroll and employee relations across European locations with local teams and providers
- Provide monthly payroll operational support and Spain back-up coverage (Social Security, tax alignment, employee inquiries)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and agreements across sites
- Identify opportunities to automate payroll and tax processes using AI-driven tools
- Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation, benefits, and leave administration




- Serve as a first point of contact for international and Spain-based employee queries
- Maintain data quality in HRIS and generate operational reports for decision-making
- Use AI tools and automated tickets to improve response times and service quality

Responsabilidades

- Experience (minimum 2 years) supporting European payrolls (including Spain) and managing core lifecycle activities
- Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll processes, Social Security, and local labor legislation
- Strong teamwork skills and experience in international, multi-location environments
- Full professional xugodme proficiency in English and Spanish; French or German is highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS platforms; strong AI literacy (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered HR tools)
- GDPR awareness and a security-first mindset when handling sensitive data
