About this RoleVodafone is building a trusted, compliant, and monetizable AI Agents ecosystem for SMEs and Corporate customers. The AI Product Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and in-life performance of agentic AI products, including voice agent delivered via Vodafone's marketplace and managed services. You will drive agent supply (partner onboarding + curation) and customer adoption, ensuring agents are safe, compliant, high‐quality, and simple for SMEs to discover, buy, and scale.
The role spans multi-agent architecture, platform integrations (e.g. Gemini Enterprise, Copilot Studio), lifecycle governance, security & privacy, and commercialization, ensuring our customers can confidently discover, purchase, and scale AI agents that drive real outcomesStrategic Context: Why now: Traditional SaaS growth is plateauing; customers expect outcome-based, intelligent services. What you'll doProduct Strategy & LeadershipCurate and manage first and third‐party agents within the marketplace, ensuring quality, safety, and partner readiness. Set quality, publishing, and performance standards.
