✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :
- Provide first level call and email support for software, hardware and infrastructure related issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to Office 365, Outlook, Citrix and end-user devices.
- Handle incidents and service requests ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate IT support teams.
- Guide and support users on customer processes and procedures.
- Translate end-user communications into English when escalating tickets to support teams.
- Document technical solutions, best practices and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and technologies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Fluent Spanish, English and French (mandatory).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and infrastructure related issues.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
