We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of our observability platform that reduces manual effort, improves operational efficiency, and helps Engineering teams deliver value to customers faster. Design, develop, and own an advanced observability platform, integrating systems through APIs using DataDog, AWS services, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry and more.
Leverage AI and LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvement opportunities across the platform.
Own the administration and optimization of the observability platform for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
5+ years of experience working in SaaS projects.
~ Experience with DataDog would be a plus.
~ Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
~ Experience with IaC tools for managing cloud and/or observability resources.
~ Experience with Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals.
~ Self-motivated, with good organizational skills.
~ Professional-level English spoken and written.
