You will support, improve, and modernise the Dev Ops Toolchain by delivering secure, auditable, and supportable capabilities that enable a wide range of users to deliver software safely and effectively. You will work in active partnerships with developers, citizen developers, information security, audit, risk, compliance, platform teams, and other enterprise users. Provide third-line support for CI/CD platforms, build agents, and self-hosted tooling. Design and operate AI assisted Dev Ops capabilities such as AI supported CI/CD, testing, quality, and operational automation.



10 years of experience Strong experience with Dev Ops platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Demonstrable experience working directly with developers, citizen developers, and control functions (information security, audit, risk, compliance) as design partners, jointly designing solutions rather than operating through hand-offs or post-delivery review cycles. Tools - Enterprise Admin Level Experience: Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools): enterprise onboarding, access control, governance, safe rollout, and operating model. Git Hub Enterprise Cloud and build agents (AKS based self hosted, Git Hub hosted), Git Hub Copilot: organisation and repository administration, policy enforcement, RBAC, audit logging, runner fleet management, secure defaults, and AI assistant governance.
