About the Role:

The Project Coordinator, fluent in Spanish, Creative Services also known internally as Project Coordinator – Visual Design, is involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms. This is a collaborative role with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

- Manage content scheduling and creative projects
- Manage projects from beginning to final delivery including gathering project requirements and relevant assets, entering projects into project management system, set schedules, and upload content in CMS
- Communicate with clients, content team and designers to ensure all deliverables, approvals and deadlines are met
- Manage client content by collecting, uploading, scheduling, and publishing content in multiple content management systems
- Assist new clients with onboarding and developing content strategies
- Learn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood’s proprietary Content
- Management System, Harmony




- Test and validate custom development project solutions
- Offer content support to internal teams such as customer support teams, fulfilment, sales and account managers
- Create and maintain client documentation, tack hours and monthly reporting
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Qualifications:

- Highschool/GED Required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in creative project coordination
- Fluent in Spanish

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- Proficiency in digital signage and content management systems
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Familiarity with digital media file types and resolutions
- Familiarity with Trello or Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
- Organized, able to work independently, and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
