Role Description The Purchasing Office role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting day-to-day purchasing and administrative activities. This role includes processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions.

The individual will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain quotes, confirm order details, and resolve order or billing issues. Additional responsibilities include updating databases, preparing basic reports, and providing customer-focused responses to inquiries related to purchasing and supply status.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage records, organize documents, and support daily office workflows.




- Experience in Customer Service to address inquiries, handle concerns, and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting to verify invoices, reconcile purchase records, and support accurate financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfort with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and online collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or an office support role is beneficial.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to ethical and transparent business practices.
