We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to join an international technology environment and contribute to the development of innovative, enterprise-level AI solutions.

This is a senior technical leadership role combining hands-on AI engineering, solution architecture and squad leadership . You will lead a cross-functional team of up to 6 engineers, define the technical direction of AI initiatives and oversee the delivery of scalable, production-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure .

The role has a strong focus on Generative AI and RAG architectures , with exposure to technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text, computer vision and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) .

The project
You will join an international AI program focused on designing, developing and deploying advanced AI solutions in a Microsoft cloud environment.

Working closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers and business teams, you will act as the technical reference for the AI squad ,



translating business needs into robust architectures and ensuring engineering quality throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

You will also help shape technical standards, identify opportunities to leverage emerging Generative AI technologies and support the continuous development of the engineering team.

Design and oversee the development of scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI applications on Azure.
Architect and validate cloud-native AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
Work with technologies such as Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault and Azure OpenAI .
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality, maintainability and scalability.
Act as the technical interface between the AI squad and Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers and business stakeholders .
Define standards for monitoring, reliability, observability and high availability of production AI solutions.
