~ Senior SAP Customer Experience (CX / C4C) Consultant Our client is a leading international technology and consulting company with a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and modern enterprise solutions. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding its SAP Customer Experience practice in Spain to support a growing portfolio of international SAP transformation projects. Reporting to the SAP Customer Experience leadership team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
~ Leading SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
~ Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP CX solutions.
~ Designing and optimizing end-to-end sales and customer service processes.
~ Configuring and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
~ Supporting integration scenarios between SAP and third-party applications.




~ Collaborating with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
~ Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
~ Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the SAP CX practice.
~ Ensuring project delivery quality, client satisfaction, and business value realization.
~ Participation in international SAP transformation projects.
