In this role you drive design-in activities for 3M’s adhesives and tapes in France and Spain, partnering with Ru0026amp;D teams and OEMs to shape specifications. You accelerate growth in automotive and other high-growth segments through targeted opportunities and cross‑functional collaboration. You will present technical concepts, run design workshops, and support seamless design, validation, and implementation phases.

This role offers a hands-on, international scope with real impact on product adoption and customer success.

- Lead design-in activities with customers’ Ru0026D centers to secure 3M solution specifications in France and Spain
- Drive growth focusing on automotive accounts while exploring high-growth sub-segments (medical devices, robotics, energy storage)
- Build and maintain relationships with Ru0026D engineers, designers, and OEM/Tier 1 decision-makers, translating needs into tailored design solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via account targeting, pipeline development, and specification-based selling
- Conduct competitive and technology intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and application needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical integration during design, validation, and implementation
- Meet and exceed sales objectives through pipeline, project,



and CRM management across the territory
- Grow product knowledge and design principles to effectively promote 3M technologies
- Present technical concepts and facilitate design workshops to influence specifications and demonstrate advantages
- Participate in industry events and customer days to expand network and generate leads
- Update CRM daily for design activities, projects, and opportunities
- Share customer feedback with marketing and product development to inform new solutions

Responsabilidades

- Engineering degree or Master’s in engineering sciences (mechanical, materials, chemistry, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering in automotive or high-growth industrial segments
- Demonstrated success in securing design-in projects xugodme or approved automotive specifications (OEMs, Tier 1)
- Experience developing business across multi-country territories (ideally including France/Spain)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams for new product introductions
- Good knowledge of major automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and the automotive supply chain
- Knowledge of advanced materials, adhesives/tapes, NVH, thermal management, lightweight structures (advantage)
- Experience or understanding of high-growth segments (medical devices, drones, robotics, energy storage, industrial automation) (advantage)
- Experience in international, innovation-driven environments
- Fluency in English and French or Spanish
