The Role: What You Will Do As a Real Estate Analyst (Appraisals) you will fully own and manage a designated portfolio of US states, driving the property appraisal lifecycle:

- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of property appraisal orders across the US.
- Vendor Negotiation: Identify, engage, and negotiate competitive fees and timelines with top-tier American appraisers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between US lenders, borrowers,



and appraisers.
- Quality Control: Validate completed appraisals, ensuring top-notch quality before financial deployment. Candidate Profile: Who Are We Looking For? This is an ideal role for ambitious recent graduates looking to launch an international career in FinTech:
- Education: Recently completed Undergraduate or Master's degree (ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields) with a strong academic record.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional work experience (including relevant internships).
- Languages: 100% Fluent in English. All professional duties, meetings, and written communication are executed exclusively in English with our US offices.
