The Role: What You Will DoAs a Real Estate Analyst (Appraisals) you will fully own and manage a designated portfolio of US states, driving the property appraisal lifecycle:Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of property appraisal orders across the US.Vendor Negotiation: Identify, engage, and negotiate competitive fees and timelines with top-tier American appraisers.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between US lenders, borrowers, and appraisers.Quality Control: Validate completed appraisals, ensuring top-notch quality before financial deployment.
