As a Senior APS Consultant at IDOM, you will lead advanced planning initiatives for industrial environments and design APS solutions with a focus on Siemens Opcenter APS. You will model resources, constraints, and sequencing while integrating APS with ERP (preferably SAP) and MES platforms. You’ll drive digital transformation projects from requirements through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

This is a growth-focused role in a multinational, collaborative setting with a clear path toward partnership and impact in complex manufacturing contexts.

- Design and implement APS solutions emphasizing Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor)
- Model production resources, finite-capacity constraints, calendars, materials, and sequencing rules
- Integrate APS solutions with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MES platforms
- Participate in industrial digital transformation projects from requirements through deployment and go-live
- Collaborate with planning, operations, production,



and IT stakeholders to ensure project success
- Support scenario simulations, capacity optimization, and continuous improvement of planning processes

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on APS solutions
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor) or similar platforms (Delmia Ortems, Asprova, PlanetTogether)
- Strong knowledge of finite-capacity planning and advanced production scheduling xugodme
- Experience with ERP integrations, preferably SAP
- Ability to translate complex industrial processes into efficient planning models
- Experience working directly with industrial clients
- Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and technical rigor
- Advanced level of English; French or other languages a plus
