As Senior Animator on the MONOPOLY GO! team, you will drive high-quality mobile game animation across 2D/3D, UI, and VFX to enhance storytelling and player experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to set the animation quality bar and improve tools and pipelines. You’ll support production schedules and provide feedback to internal and external artists, shaping a cohesive, engaging animation experience.

This role combines creative craft with technical execution in a fast-growing mobile gaming environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Create animatics, transitions, 3D animations, VFX, and UI animations for a mobile game
- Collaborate with Animation Director and Art Director to raise animation quality and storytelling
- Provide technical support for efficient production and implementation of high-quality animation
- Define, maintain,



and improve animation tools and pipeline with engineers and tech artists
- Give feedback on animations from internal artists and outsourcers
- Participate in team critiques and reviews and contribute to art discussions
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely completion of animation tasks
- Work collaboratively with narrative, design, and art teams

Responsabilidades

- Expert hand-key animation skills with strong animation fundamentals
- 5+ years of professional game animation experience
- xugodme Some experience with technical implementation of animations in UI and Unity
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
- Online portfolio demonstrating animation and technical art skills
- Some experience with game feature development, player experience, and pre-visualization (After Effects, Photoshop, Animate)
- Interest or experience with AI-assisted tooling to improve workflows
