In this role you design and develop scalable API-based solutions on Azure, driving an API Platform culture across NN International. You influence architecture, governance, and solution design for cross-country teams in the insurance domain. You tackle integration challenges and evolve mediation layers using modern patterns, including Intelligent Automation. This is a hands-on yet strategic position at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and business impact.

- Design and develop backend components integrated with Azure PaaS
- Contribute to API Platform and Mediation Layer initiatives for NN International
- Define, implement, and promote API Governance standards
- Design integration solutions leveraging APIs, Events, MCP, and modern patterns
- Create robust, scalable web services meeting business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP services
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Ensure quality, security, observability, and reliability across the lifecycle
- Promote DevOps best practices and cloud engineering standards
Responsabilidades
- Extensive experience in API design and development
- Strong expertise in REST and SOAP web services
- Proven experience with Azure PaaS services
- Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Experience with API Management platforms and API Governance xugodme frameworks
- Strong understanding of integration architectures and mediation patterns
- Experience implementing secure, resilient, and scalable solutions
- Excellent English communication skills; ownership mindset; teamwork and mentorship capability
