and convert a strong pipeline of e-commerce and digital merchant opportunitiesIdentify and win new business across target markets and verticalsStructure, negotiate, and close commercial agreements in line with internal compliance and risk requirementsPosition and sell tailored payment solutions including acquiring setups, APMs, and alternative payment flowsWork closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and executionBuild long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholdersTrack market developments and identify new commercial opportunitiesRepresent Daopay in client meetings, negotiations and industry eventsYour Profile:4+ years of proven success in Sales or Business Development within payments, acquiring, fintechProven track record in closing and managing complex commercial deals and generating revenueSolid understanding of e-commerce, acquiring, alternative payment methods, and the wider payments ecosystemExperience working within or alongside regulated environme
