As a Finance Business Partner for Oatly’s global functions, you will translate financial data into actionable insights and drive SGu0026amp;A planning and optimization. You’ll lead or contribute to initiatives that improve cost, processes, and systems, ensuring data-driven decisions align with the company’s financial goals. You will partner with senior leaders to challenge trade-offs and shape long-term planning, reporting, and performance insights.

This role sits at the HQ in Malmö, with proximity options to select European offices.

- Act as the financial partner to global functions, translating data into actionable insights and challenging decisions
- Lead or participate in SGu0026A optimization initiatives, analysing drivers and finding efficiencies
- Manage long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with functional leaders
- Monitor performance (month-end/quarter-end) and provide timely, detailed analyses




- Collaborate with senior leaders to influence trade-offs using data and clear communication
- Improve cost structures, processes, and systems to drive efficiency in financial choices
- Ensure alignment of financial goals with function-level strategy
- Support data-driven decision-making and transparent reporting to stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning with integral/corporate exposure
- BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Proven leadership and project management xugodme experience in cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to challenge and influence stakeholders using facts and insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Curiosity and ability to understand how parts of the business operate
- Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and financial models
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with D365 / AARO and Power BI / Power Query / Power Automate is an advantage
