We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to join an international technology environment and contribute to the development of innovative, enterprise-level AI solutions.This is a senior technical leadership role combining hands-on AI engineering, solution architecture and squad leadership. You will lead a cross-functional team of up to 6 engineers, define the technical direction of AI initiatives and oversee the delivery of scalable, production-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure.The role has a strong focus on Generative AI and RAG architectures, with exposure to technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text, computer vision and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).The projectYou will join an international AI program focused on designing, developing and deploying advanced AI solutions in a Microsoft cloud environment.Working closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers and business teams, you will act as the technical reference for the AI squad,
