We are thrilled to offer the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece, a fantastic opportunity to join the premium consumer electronics sector. As a dedicated expert, you will be the voice of a world-renowned brand, ensuring that customers receive the exceptional quality and service synonymous with Miele.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Miele customers regarding their high-end consumer electronics and home appliances.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide professional guidance on Miele product specifications.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering premium, personalized service across phone, email,



and chat channels.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest innovations within the consumer electronics industry.
Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to support ongoing service quality improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical service requests effectively.
Represent the Miele brand with professionalism and expertise in every interaction.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is considered a strong asset.
Ability to work remotely within Greece as part of a high-performing international team.
