Job Overview
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Athens for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for innovative consumer electronics products.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on brand excellence.
Educate users on the latest features, updates,



and specifications of the electronics portfolio.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical hardware or software issues.
Continuously develop product knowledge to stay ahead of consumer electronics industry trends.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong interest in the consumer electronics field and new technologies.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Ability to relocate to Athens for this on-site opportunity.
