Job Overview
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to represent a world-class leader in consumer electronics, providing high-touch support to users of Dyson's cutting-edge household and personal care technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide premium-level technical support for Dyson’s innovative consumer electronics portfolio.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding product performance and maintenance.
Educate users on the advanced engineering features of Dyson technology to enhance their user experience.




Resolve troubleshooting issues efficiently, maintaining the high standards expected of the brand.
Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery within the competitive consumer electronics industry.
Maintain a deep understanding of Dyson product updates and new releases to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation.
Strong passion for consumer electronics and modern technology trends.
Professional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Availability to work in a remote setup based within Greece.
Previous experience in high-end customer service or technical support is highly valued.
