As a Senior Product Builder with a Data focus, you own end-to-end missions in data collection and enrichment within a pod-based team. You translate customer needs into measurable product requirements and drive adoption, quality data delivery, and platform improvements. You shape our data strategy with cross-functional collaboration, staying ahead of market trends and AI-enabled initiatives.

This role offers autonomy, impact, and growth as you advance our data capabilities for brand measurement at scale.

- Talk to users to translate needs into measurable product requirements
- Own end-to-end data platform missions from scoping to adoption
- Master data flow across acquisition, enrichment, and delivery (datalake, APIs)
- Define and analyze adoption and performance metrics, feeding insights back into prioritization
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to sharpen strategy
- Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership, communicating clearly




- Contribute to shared tooling and processes to improve data domain quality

Responsabilidades

- Around 5 years in product management or data management, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Fluent in SQL and comfortable with data modelling, pipelines and APIs
- Understanding of the data lifecycle from acquisition to delivery and data quality assessment
- Experience working on data, analytics or data-product problems with engineers
- Business sense for the fashion and luxury branding domain xugodme and its data needs
- Strong discovery instinct focused on turning fuzzy needs into measurable outcomes
- Self-sufficient across crafts to keep a pod moving; good communication with technical and business audiences
- Fluent English; international team environment; other languages a bonus
