In this Senior Expert Snowflake role, you will shape and advance the Snowflake-based data platform to support enterprise data governance and data-driven decision making. You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to drive platform roadmaps and enable cross-functional data solutions. You will focus on data quality, security, and scalable data practices while promoting self-service analytics and data products across the organization.

This is a high-impact role in a integral life science company, offering collaboration across regions and significant opportunities to influence data-driven value and governance.

- Define and evolve the Snowflake platform roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy
- Set platform vision, manage priorities, demand intake, and business requirements
- Lead data management initiatives for quality, consistency, and governance compliance
- Define standards for data modeling, security, data quality, and platform usage
- Drive adoption of data products, self-service analytics, and modern data practices
- Establish ownership models for data products, domains, and platform capabilities

- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights for decision-making and platform adoption
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, IT and other stakeholders to develop data solutions
- Coordinate activities across data engineers, architects, and business users; align with Azure Data Platform, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere

Responsabilidades

- Significant experience in data management, data platforms, process optimization and project delivery in complex environments
- Extensive experience designing and evolving Snowflake-based data platforms on Azure and related cloud tech
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, data products, modeling, quality, MDM, and governance
- Expertise xugodme in data integration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, SQL, Python, and DataOps/CI-CD practices
- Experience translating complex data analyses into actionable business recommendations
- Proven ability to improve processes and operational efficiency with data-driven approaches
- Experience working in agile environments with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English
