Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and consultancy to users of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Troubleshoot complex IT software issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through efficient problem resolution.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies,



cloud services, and enterprise software updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve technical infrastructure challenges.
Adhere to security protocols and data protection standards within the Information Technology (IT) industry.
Document technical interactions accurately to build a robust knowledge base for the department.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the Information Technology (IT) sector and digital innovation.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and empathetic customer-focused attitude.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Athens, Greece.
Prior experience in a technical helpdesk or IT support role is highly advantageous.
