We are seeking talented professionals for the Dutch Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts position in Greece, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the world’s most popular social media platforms. By joining our team for one of the most exciting Dutch-speaking jobs in the industry, you will help refine and audit Generative AI outputs to ensure a safer, more reliable digital environment for users across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and annotate content generated by AI models to ensure accuracy, safety, and brand alignment within the social media industry.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, potential risks,



and violations of community guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve GenAI training data quality and performance.
Provide detailed feedback on AI output to mitigate bias, misinformation, and harmful content.
Monitor and manage user-reported content to maintain a high standard of trust and safety across social media channels.
Stay updated on evolving social media policy frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of content safety protocols and moderation workflows.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
A strong interest in the social media industry and the ethical development of GenAI technology.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
Proficiency in English for reporting and team communication.
