Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for PayPal users, ensuring all inquiries regarding digital payments and financial transactions are resolved with precision.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing sensitive financial queries with empathy, security-consciousness, and speed.




Navigate complex FinTech software and internal databases to verify transaction histories and account details.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical or security-related issues within the payment ecosystem.
Keep up-to-date with evolving FinTech trends and internal security protocols to protect users and maintain brand integrity.
Manage high-volume inbound communications, consistently meeting KPIs related to quality, resolution time, and customer experience.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or eligibility to work in the European Union.
Strong interest in the FinTech industry and passion for digital payment solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
Ability to thrive in a remote working environment while maintaining high output and professional standards.
