Your responsibilities will include...

Inform employees of general hotel information, internal policies, operational procedures, and any relevant department communications.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding Spa services, treatments, facilities, and retail products.
Verify guest information and confirm scheduled treatments prior to service delivery.
Oversee the daily appointment schedule, ensuring the efficient management of bookings, resources, and guest flow.
Coordinate last-minute schedule changes, resolve booking issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
