We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities

You will play a direct role in driving company growth by building a robust sales pipeline and setting qualified meetings in the DACH region.



Your core focus will be active outbound prospecting using cold calling and integrated outreach sequences.
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Make 60–70 cold calls each day to key stakeholders across target accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Identify, research, and contact potential SMB and mid-market accounts.
Uncover prospect challenges and communicate how our search solutions address their specific needs.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
Execute structured, multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Requirements
Core Qualifications
Hands-on experience with B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily call volumes and meeting quotas.
High resilience, active listening skills, and confidence in navigating objections over the phone.
Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms and CRM systems
