In this role you drive end-to-end PSS implementations for multi-country payments on the ADP Celergo platform. You will partner with the Implementation Project Manager, global partners, and in-country teams to configure regulatory settings and deliver a compliant, invoicing-ready solution. You’ll explain country-specific payment issues, train clients, and support project delivery through to completion.

Your work strengthens our global service delivery and client success in a complex payments domain.

- Configure regulatory settings in the CGC/global ADP platform
- Develop, test and optimize integral PSS solution per client specs
- Attend client implementation calls and answer technical PSS questions
- Explain country payment issues to clients with partners
- Train clients via online demonstrations of payroll/payments tech




- Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, invoicing and fulfilment during implementation
- Relay payment information to global partners in a timely manner
- Support Implementation PM for PSS until project completion
- Ensure client adheres to contract-mandated implementation window
- Assist with global implementation with partners
- Analyze client organization (information channel, interface) and prepare action plans
- Organize and support stakeholder xugodme meetings to review status and issues
- Provide action plans and issue resolution
- Maintain professional communication and presentation at all times
- Travel to client locations when required

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree (education)
- Two to five years related experience in a service environment
- Bilingual language skills preferred
- Project management certification a plus
