ABOUT INEXA INEXA is an engineering group delivering water and desalination projects across Spain, Morocco and Tunisia. As our multi-country operations grow, we're modernising and automating our group finance function — and we're looking for the person to lead that transformation from the finance side.
THE ROLE You'll own the functional side of our finance automation: defining how our accounting processes work, keeping our chart-of-accounts masters aligned across countries, validating outputs before they are posted, and working hand-in-hand with our IT team to build and evolve the automations. You are the bridge between accounting and technology — you don't need to code, but you love clean processes and reliable data. Above all, you bring meticulous attention to detail: you are the last line of defence before the numbers are booked.
WHAT YOU'LL DO • Define the accounting rules and criteria behind each automation module: document capture, bank reconciliation,



treasury/cash-flow and posting. • Maintain the group's chart-of-accounts masters across Spain (PGC), Morocco (CGNC) and Tunisia (SCE). • Validate reconciliations and journal entries before they are imported into the accounting systems (Reviso and local software). • Drive the accounting catch-up and keep all three entities current. • Coordinate with IT (specifications, priorities, delivery) and with our external accounting advisors. • Lay the groundwork for group consolidation.
HOW THIS ROLE GROWS This is a role designed to grow with you: • First ~2 months: lead and complete the finance automation across the group (the core focus of this posting). • Next: take ownership of tax filing and tax obligations for all group companies, in coordination with our external advisors. • Once the automation is consolidated: step up as Manager of the group's Finance & Accounting department, also overseeing supplier
