giving advice and training to associates when needed. Support the implementation of the local divisional ERC program through policy/tool/controls implementation at local level (Anti-bribery controls, Third party risk management, Professional Practices, Conflict of Interest) and local developments, codes and regulationsEstablish and oversee project governance, scope, timelines, and deliverables.Partner with country and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project execution.Monitor project progress and provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.Strengthen compliance practices and promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.Support risk-based decision making through data analysis and actionable insights.Essential RequirementsProven experience managing ethics, risk, compliance, or governance programs in a complex organization.A law degree or a degree in a related subject
