About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Analyst with proven hands-on expertise within the sales domain to support ERP implementation and rollout projects across Europe. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize sales processes, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement within the Sales domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Support EU ERP Rollout: Support ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementation
- ERP Continuous Improvement: Be responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functions
- Business Requirement Management: Analyze and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document,



and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Solution Delivery: Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements
- Documentation Management: Create and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts, and user manuals
- User Adoption Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and rollout projects, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Strong understanding of sales-related processes; SD exposure especially valued.
