In this role, you will:Performance Testing & OptimizationRegularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.Analyze frontend performance using modern tools (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Dynatrace) and browser developer tools.Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements.Collaboration & Quality AssuranceOwn and lead the Windtunnel as a recurring engagement program.Manage and prioritize the team's workload, incident support and ad hoc requests across teams.Work closely with develope
