Excellentcommunication skills(oral and written), with experience preparing and presenting reports, proposals and executive-level presentations

Ability to work creatively and analytically in aproblem-solving environment, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales

Proactive, flexible, resourceful, and able to workindependently with limited supervision

Proven excellence inplanning, coordination and organization

Education & Certifications (Essential):

First-level university degree inBusiness Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Scienceor related discipline

Professional qualification or certification in project management methodologies such asPMI, Prince2, Agile SCRUM

Education & Certifications (Nice to have):

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Service Consultant)

Certification onLean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4





Certified Change Management Professional ( CCMP, Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive a strategic, organization-wideSalesforce-based Partner Engagement Management platformimplementation, working closely with Information and Digital Technology (IDT) department and PMO.

Your responsibilities will include

Project Management & Delivery

Develop and manage all aspects of the project and related workstreams:planning, governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and resources

Lead day-to-day project activities, chair project management team meetings, and ensure alignment with theProject Management Framework (5-phase PMI PMBOK)

Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

Provide regularstatus reportingon milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to the PMO and senior leadership

Ensure high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery of project milestones and outputs

Business & Senior Stakeholder Engagement

Engage withinternal business sponsors, focal points and external stakeholdersacross headquarters, regional and country offices

Develop and deliverprogress reports, proposals and presentationsto project teams, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders

Provideexecutive-level communications, ensuring clear, coherent and timely information flow

Demonstrate strong functional acumen to ensure solutions address organizational goals while aligning with industry best practices

Change Management Integration

Work closely with the designatedChange Managerto integrate change management activities into project timelines and deliverables

Ensure changes across multiple simultaneous workstreams aresynchronized and coordinated

Contribute tobusiness readiness, training plans,



stakeholder segmentation and communication campaigns

Team Management & Leadership

Set and continually manage project expectations, delegating and managing deliverables with team members, vendors and stakeholders

Coach, mentor, motivate and superviseproject team members, monitoring performance and supporting their development

Facilitateteam building activities, common objective setting, ground rules and operational processes

Vendor Management

Actively managevendor contracts and engagements, including feasibility studies, vendor selection and proposal evaluation

DefineStatements of Workand specifications for requested goods and services

Challenge vendor estimates, review deliverables, monitor on-site/nearshore/offshore resources and remove bottlenecks to delivery

Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews with vendors and support dispute resolution or negotiation when needed

Quality Control & Assurance

Manage ongoingquality controland participate in quality issue resolution

Report onproject success criteria, metrics, testing and deployment management activities

Ensure adherence to methodologies, processes and standards across the organization

Strategic & Business Management Deliverables

DevelopProject Management Plans, templates and workspaces (governance, quality, cost, schedule, communication, etc.)

Produce project documentation forPMO compliance(business case, project ID card, status reports, risk logs, budget and cost tracking)

Createstakeholder management plans, market analyses for partner selection, and contributions tobenefits realization reports

Provide input tostrategic planningfor various phases of the project/workstreams
