Our product is growing fast and so is the team, and we're looking for someone who can dive deep into our processes, think systemically, and see quality as more than just a list of closed tickets. We're not looking for someone who simply executes tasks — we want someone with initiative, who notices bottlenecks, proposes improvements, and wants to shape the maturity of QA processes on the team.

Onboarding will be mentored by our QA Lead: getting up to speed on the product, release testing processes, and automated tests. As you ramp up, you'll gradually move toward independent work with full ownership of your areas of responsibility.

What you'll do

- Manual testing of web and mobile releases (iOS/Android) within the team's existing processes
- Conduct regression testing and help build and maintain the regression plan
- Analyze and localize bugs: not just log the issue, but understand its root cause, reproduce it, and hand it off to developers clearly
- Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile developers on release quality
- Contribute to developing and maintaining automated tests together with the development and QA teams
- Help systematize and improve QA processes: test documentation, test cases, regression plans

What matters to us





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications — required
- Confident use of DevTools, the Network tab, logs, stack traces, and API requests — basic issue diagnosis should be second nature — required
- Understanding of modern frontend/backend/mobile architectures and the ability to quickly get oriented in an unfamiliar tech stack
- Ability to localize bugs properly: clearly describe reproduction steps, analyze the likely root cause, and communicate it to developers in plain language — required
- Experience writing test documentation, test cases, and regression plans — required
- Soft skills: systems thinking, strong attention to detail, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to build constructive communication within the team.

Terms

- Format: full-time
- Competitive salary
- Location: anywhere (up to GMT+7), though a timezone within +/- 2 hours of GMT+3 is preferred
- Probation period: 3 months — getting up to speed on release testing processes, running regression independently, and onboarding into automated tests
