Задачи:
Conduct regular checks of user rights and statuses (Sanity Checks); Manage the creation, deletion, and modification of access to business tools, including Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, and internal tools; Monitor user access daily and manage available licenses; Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboardings and offboardings; Track agent login and availability data to support real-time monitoring; Handle access incidents reported by internal and external BPO teams.
Требования:




Be a student in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program related to management, IT, administration, business, customer support, or operations; Speak French and Spanish or English; Have good Excel skills; Nice to have: Initial experience in an operational or administrative environment.
Условия:
Internship duration: 6 months starting in January 2027;
Monthly compensation of €800 for the internship;
