JOB OFFER – WEEKEND & SEASONAL OPERATIONS POSITION

Mojo Rentals

Mojo Rentals is looking for a responsible, proactive and highly adaptable person to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our holiday rental portfolio throughout the weekend of the yearand full time in high season.

THE POSITION

The position will be primarily focused on weekend operations throughout the year, with a significant increase in working hours during the summer season.

The expected working pattern will be:

- Throughout the year: Weekend availability and weekend shifts as a core part of the position.
- Summer season: Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.
- Holiday cover: Availability to cover holidays and absences within the team when required, with appropriate notice whenever possible.
- Additional flexibility: Occasional additional hours may be required depending on guest arrivals, departures, incidents or other operational needs.

The exact schedule and distribution of hours will be discussed in detail during the interview and will depend on the candidate's availability and the operational requirements of the business.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY – ESSENTIAL

Because Mojo Rentals operates within the holiday rental industry, our properties and guests require support seven days a week.

For this reason, full availability to work weekends throughout the year is an essential requirement for this position.

We are looking for someone who understands that weekends are an important part of our operation and who can commit reliably to weekend work.

At the same time, we believe flexibility should work both ways.



We will also do our best to be adaptable with the employee's schedule whenever operationally possible, particularly when requests are communicated in advance.

The specific weekend rotation, days off and working patterns will be discussed during the interview.

HOLIDAY COVER

An important part of the role will be supporting the wider team by covering colleagues' holidays and absences.

This means that the successful candidate should be comfortable adapting their working schedule from time to time and taking on additional responsibilities when required.

Holiday cover will be planned as far in advance as reasonably possible.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

Depending on the candidate's experience and development within the company, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting weekend guest operations.




- Handling guest enquiries and incidents.
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs when required.
- Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Monitoring arrivals and departures.
- Dealing with unexpected situations and finding practical solutions.
- Communicating with guests, owners and suppliers.
- Supporting the team during particularly busy periods.
- Following operational procedures and ensuring that tasks are completed correctly.
- Providing holiday cover for other members of the team.

The role may evolve over time depending on the candidate's strengths, performance and interests.
