What You Will Learn & Do as a Kitchen Trainee:

- Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks
- Support in the mise en place for daily service
- Learn proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of shortages




- Support the kitchen team during service and high-volume periods
- Help in the preparation of dishes for events and banquets
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the kitchen

What are we looking for?

- A current student related to Culinary Arts or Gastronomy
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations xbhjioe and food safety
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
