Role Description

Tempo Productivity has just rebranded, and almost none of the new brand has been out in public yet. You'd be there for the first posts. This is a part-time internship in Madrid, up to six months, under a convenio with your school.

You'll write posts, captions, hooks and short scripts for LinkedIn and Instagram, apply our brand templates and propose new ones, cut short form video from raw footage to finished edit, contribute to the editorial calendar, and read the reach and engagement data afterwards. You'll also run your own work in ClickUp, automate your repetitive tasks and build AI workflows for content, using the methods we teach our clients. Marine will be your tutor.

We sit down weekly to look at what you made. Your studies come first,



and we plan around them.

Qualifications

Essential

- Enrolled at a school or university that can sign a convenio de prácticas with us.
- You like copywriting and have a natural talent for it.
- A real eye for design. You notice bad kerning and it bothers you.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. It's our working language.
- Based in Madrid.
- Proactive. You bring proposals rather than waiting for a brief.
- Disciplined and ambitious, you set high standards for yourself.
- Willing to pitch an idea and defend it.

A plus

- French or Spanish
- Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere or equivalent
- Some hands-on time with AI tools for writing, image or video
- You already post something publicly, anywhere, on any topic

You are not required years of experience.

Practical Details

- Format: prácticas académicas under a convenio between Tempo Productivity, you and your school, with an agreed training plan (proyecto formativo)
- Hours: part time. We set your weekly hours with your school, within the limits your convenio allows and up to 480 hours across the internship. In practice that usually means around 20 hours a week.
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: up to 6 months,



matched to your academic calendar
- Schedule: agreed in advance, Monday to Friday, within our normal working hours. No evenings, no weekends, no unplanned extensions. We record your hours and so should you.
- Location: Madrid, hybrid, or fully on site if your school requires it
- Bolsa de ayuda al estudio: 500 euros per month for a 20 hour week, adjusted proportionally if your convenio sets different hours.
- Equipment: a MacBook and paid seats on the tools you'll use, including ClickUp, Canva and our AI stack
- Transport: we cover your Madrid public transport pass
- Languages on the job: English daily, Spanish and French welcome
- At the end: an evaluation report and a certificate describing what you worked on and what you learned. We're growing the team in 2026 and 2027. If it works both ways, we'll talk.
