Our client, a integral technology and electronic components business, are looking for a Head of Sales South to join their team on a permanent basis covering Southern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of an international team of Account Managers across multiple European countries, driving commercial performance, business growth and sales execution. The role offers the opportunity to act as a key bridge between senior management and field sales teams within a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

Working across a diverse customer base, you will be responsible for shaping regional sales strategy, developing high-performing teams, identifying new market opportunities and ensuring the delivery of ambitious revenue targets across Southern Europe. This position combines strategic leadership with hands‐on commercial engagement and will suit a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of delivering growth within the electronics or technical sector.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Sales South job covering Southern Europe: Drive commercial execution, supporting both new business development and ongoing customer opportunities. Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions including engineering, back office and senior management. Monitor and manage key sales KPIs including revenue, pipeline performance, conversion rates and forecast accuracy.

Support strategic customer meetings and commercial negotiations, including joint customer visits with Account Managers. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across the region. Identify new market opportunities,



target sectors and strategic customer accounts to support long-term business expansion.

Ensure consistent sales processes, reporting discipline and commercial execution across all territories. Mentor and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth and customer engagement. Work closely with senior leadership to align regional sales activities with overall business objectives.

Experience required for the Head of Sales South job covering Southern Europe: Proven leadership experience managing international sales teams within electronics, electronic components or technical sectors.

Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple countries. International business experience with a strong understanding of cross-country commercial dynamics. A proven track record of delivering sales growth, winning new business and achieving demanding revenue targets. Excellent leadership, people management and coaching skills. Strong commercial awareness combined with structured execution and reporting discipline.

Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting accuracy and performance metrics.
