In this role you help life sciences customers imagine their future with Veeva Quality Cloud by leading value-focused demonstrations and discovery. You will partner with Strategy and Sales to translate requirements into compelling solutions, shaping how QA processes are modernized. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and drive the adoption of Vault Quality modules such as QMS, document control, training, and related capabilities.

This role offers exposure to cutting-edge quality platforms in pharma, biotech, and medtech with meaningful impact on customers and their patients.

- Conduct discovery and needs analysis to capture key customer requirements
- Configure and deliver compelling demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud (QMS, document control, training)
- Apply industry experience to guide customers to best-in-class solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success




- Provide solution-focused responses and deliver presentations for RFPs/RFIs
- Lead Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to illustrate process improvements
- Support marketing activities like webinars and demos
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in QA software solutions within life sciences or medical devices/diagnostics
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech, medtech, or similarly regulated industry
- Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech or medical devices/diagnostics xugodme
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, mainly in the EU
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
- Understanding of process design and Quality operations
- Critical thinking and problem solving
