Role Description The Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote contract opportunity to operate Lingua Learn’s online language training services in the Spanish market. Day-to-day work includes managing the local franchise operations, coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, and overseeing marketing and sales activities to attract individual and corporate clients. The partner will handle local market research, develop business growth plans,



and supervise the delivery of language and soft-skills training using Lingua Learn’s course materials and teacher network.

Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, ensuring high-quality learner experiences, and maintaining compliance with Lingua Learn’s brand standards and operational guidelines. The role requires proactive communication with headquarters and continuous adaptation of services to meet market needs in Spain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, teachers, and the global support team.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market demand, interpret performance data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for local marketing content, client communication, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as organizing, overseeing, or delivering educational or corporate training programs.
- Experience in education, language training, or franchise/business management is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Spanish market and fluency in Spanish and English are advantageous.
