As a Senior Marketing Artist at Flamed (Scopely’s in-house creative agency), you craft high-quality static visuals for top mobile games and marketing campaigns. You collaborate with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure brand-aligned visuals that meet production benchmarks, delivering assets for ads, store visuals, and social content. You’ll shape the visual identity across international productions and explore AI-assisted artistry to accelerate results.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Create marketing assets (ads, store assets, social posts) from briefs and benchmarks
- Use 2D and 3D tools to assemble polished visuals with lighting, retouching, and balance
- Execute AI-generated visuals and refine with paintovers and composition




- Collaborate with Art Director and Lead Artists to reflect brand identity and production standards
- Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and style guides
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Maintain tracking via internal workflow tools and reporting platforms
- Participate in brainstorms and iterations based on KPIs and creative performance

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in marketing or production art, preferably in gaming/entertainment
- Strong portfolio xugodme including 3D compositions and AI-assisted art
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
- Solid 3D integration, composition, and lighting (Blender or Maya)
- Understanding of layout, color, lighting, and storytelling
- Self-driven, able to work independently in fast-paced timelines
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across international locations and time zones
