Chemours is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our growing General Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Team. This position is based in Gijón, Asturias, Spain and reports directly to the HRIS Manager.

Job summary

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and continuously improving Chemours' global HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This position provides support to employees,



managers, and HR stakeholders across the organization while contributing to system enhancements, compliance activities, testing, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and provides opportunities to work with global stakeholders, support strategic HR technology initiatives, and contribute to the future development of Workday and other digital HR solutions.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support requests and resolve day-to-day HRIS issues.
- Maintain, update, and improve Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), process documents, and HRIS knowledge materials.
- Manage and maintain HRIS-related content within SharePoint.
- Support year-end HR processes, compliance activities, audits, and HR reporting requirements.
