Dubai has no property tax, no capital gains tax and no income tax on what you earn. Plenty of investors back in Spain have worked that out already. What they are missing is someone they trust who understands both the Dubai market and how business gets done at home.No Dubai experience is needed to start: we teach the market, the developers and the product from scratch. We are looking for candidates currently in Seville who are ready to relocate.How We Set You UpMost brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. We do not work that way. Our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in Spanish, aimed at Spain, and the enquiries that come back go to you.You will spend your first two weeks in our academy, and after that you will be working alongside managers who have been selling in this market for fifteen years or more. By the end of it you will be able to sit across from someone who asks why they should send their money to Dubai and give them a proper answer, with numbers behind it.Off-plan rewards patience, too. Payment plans run over several years, clients tend to come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals build on each other. Agents who take the time to build their market properly end up with something that keeps paying them long after the first sale.What we are looking for:Fluent Spanish and strong professional English. You need bothSomeone who knows the Spanish market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trustExperience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estateDiscipline.



The agents who do well here are the ones who show up and do the same things every dayCurrently based in Seville or nearby (or already in Dubai), and able to relocate within one to three monthsAround six months of savings behind you, roughly €15,000. This is a commission-only role, and the people who succeed are usually the ones who can stay calm through a quiet second monthBeing straight with youExpect your first two or three months to be mostly learning the product and building a pipeline, with plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is why we ask about savings before anything else.Beyond that there is no ceiling: commission is 50-70%, paid daily. Last year our top performer on international off-plan earned just over US$1.5 million, tax free.
