Descripción del trabajoExperteer Overview In this role you will oversee the end-to-end operation of an IT service, ensuring services meet SLAs and dependencies are managed proactively. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to implement changes, releases, and enhancements. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts around data migrations, incident and change management, and security considerations within a large financial environment. This position offers a pathway to leadership as a deputy team head in a multicultural, Swiss-based setting.
